I opened this office to do property law carefully and nothing else.

I've spent my career on the papers behind land: deeds, liens, restrictions and the surveys that go with them. Most of my work now is fixing what someone else got wrong, sometimes decades ago.

If your association has sent a letter, a neighbor has built over the line, or an old lien is holding up a sale, I'll read the records myself and tell you plainly what can be done.
